I was googling Coconut Scrub today and came across the amazing Deliciously Organised website. I am sharing her overview of Health Cleanse and Shopping list with you, dear reader because it is an amazing resource. Her website is where I want An Instant On The Lips to be someday.
I am happy to say that I have the majority of items on her shopping list and my health cleanse is coming along nicely. I find the site easy to navigate and I am loving the amazing content found within. Kudos!

What does the cleanse consist of?
Shopping List:
Here is a start! Everyone has different tastes, but I seem to stick to several of the items listed below on my shopping trips. These items I've collected over time because it is expensive to run out and buy all the items at once. People who are new to cleanses may want to go easy and only incorporate a few new things, others may want to go all out and try things like Superfoods, etc. I personally don't use soy products, but you could add them to your list too. Lastly, best to eat raw {live enzymes}/whole grain foods when doing a cleanse...but there are several canned/pasta/treats on this list too if you're not ready to do a full on cleanse.Produce:Organic Avocados { at least 4, you'll be using these to fill you up}Organic Tomatoes {heirloom, baby, etc.}Organic CucumbersOrganic Greens: Romaine Lettuce, Chard, Kale, Spinach, etc.Organic YamsOrganic Mango Organic LemonsOrganic LimesOrganic BeetsOrganic CarrotsOrganic GingerOrganic BroccoliOrganic ApplesOrganic CeleryOrganic Red OnionOrganic EndiveOrganic OnionsOrganic Herbs: Basil, Parsley, MintOrganic Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Bananas...etc.

*Before you do any cleanse, please read this disclaimer: Please consult your physician before starting a cleanse, especially if you're going to incorporate new vitamins or herbs into your diet. I know a handful of people who've become extremely sick from cleanses due to the toxins being released from their body. I can't be held responsible, I'm not a physician or nutritionist...but would love for you to join if you feel comfortable.
