A lovely meal and even better with the theatrical presentation whilst cooking.  

Delicious food and great party atmosphere and amazing service. One of my top five restaurants in Cleveland.

Sunshine on the bay - $15 lunch meals

Feeling peckish at lunch time I suggested to my hubby that we take advantage of the $15 lunch meals at Sunshine on the Bay in Middle St, Cleveland. There is a long list of menu items and it is hard to decide.

After viewing the menu I settle on some Sunshine Penne ($15) and hubby chooses a Steak Sandwich ($15)

Sunshine Penne includes green prawn’s sautéed in a homemade 

basil pesto w/ penne pasta, topped w/ fresh parmesan.

Steak Sandwich – grilled fillet steak, caramelised onion and barbeque 

sauce toasted w/ white or wholemeal bread. Served with chips.

We both enjoyed our meals and look forward to our next visit, hopefully for a crab mornay - which sell out all too quickly. I love my seafood and crabmeat the most. *drool*

C.C. Cafe and Bar Raby Bay, Cleveland QLD - $11.95 Steak, chips and salad

A lovely summer's day so we decided to head down to Raby Bay Marina, Cleveland for some lunch. There was a sign for $11.95 rump steak with salad with the purchase of a drink - which sounded great to hubby and I. Hubby loves his steak, and a bargain too!

We settled into our seat after ordering the steaks, apple cider and a beer at the counter.

Fairly quickly our steaks arrive, medium rare as ordered.

Redlands RSL, Cleveland - Roast of the day $10.90

Saturday night and I felt like kicking up my heels and listening to some music. I called the Redlands RSL courtesy bus and made it in time for the band to start

Feeling hungry we decided to grab a table an head to The Sails on Shore bistro and order a meal. 

Hubby likes his roast so he decided on a roast beef and veggies - only $10.90 member price

 I love my seafood and a good ceasar salad so this menu item took my eye. The best of both worlds. A ceasar salad with scallops and prawns in a garlic butter sauce.
